App is awful. Buying tickets is difficult on the app as it states one price when selected but then on another page becomes a different price. Points system does not work a d I havnt had points for anything in nearly 2 years. Rewards staff don't get back to you. Mascot staff don't get back to you. Nice design on app Shane it's so glitchy

I don't know why but when I'm trying to buy tickets the screen goes black and I can't see what I'm clicking on anymore. is this happening to anyone else? ive tried deleting app and reinstalling it. please help!

Think it's improving all the time. the ticket buying is a pain trying to do it on a phone, there must be a better way to choose seats, do fiddly and annoying. Even had to pay full price for discount tickets because it wouldn't let me choose the appropriate option. Also why can't I watch extended highlights? Even game I've just been to and I can't watch it, ridiculous. already paid for two different memberships, plus other family members, think that's pretty poor. basically it needs improvement.

love the villa but the app is not the best. even after updates it still force closes at times. getting tickets could be simpler and assigning to friends and family if you cannot attend.

Continually crashes again. trying to purchase tickets on a phone is a joke. it needs to cover more of the womens, youth, and academy teams. disappointing again.

I love my club, but this app is still shocking. Still cant view the gallery, yet your writers still say "head to the gallery above to take a closer look" , but the link is below and when you click it just refreshes the page. How do we not have an app that works!!! It feels to me like this app is a feed from the website rather than a standalone, purpose built app.

Love Villa. I like a lot of the app but it's trying to be all things to everyone and comes across as messy as a consequence. The home page in particular! I rate it 3 stars because it's Villa. If it wasn't Villa I'd give it less, probably. And I actually don't use it that often either because my Villa needs are met more easily elsewhere, which is a shame :/ Would be happy to talk to the club if they are looking for supporters' input into any future re-design. The previous version was far better. I could access easily a mass of information: fixtures for all clubs, results, tables of all divisions, news, reports - everything was there in an intuitive format. This August 2020 release contains very little of use. The link to the website doesn't help. I'm already a supporter, so this 'good news only' propaganda tool is unnecessary and patronising. The app needs to provide easy access to useful information and this one does not do that.
