I have subscribed to your online newspaper yesterday that is on 15 march 2025. The main reason for my online subscription is the Epaper. While subscribing there was only one option showed that is of digital annual subscription. I payed the amount and got the subscription. But I am unable to access the Epaper. It's really a frustrating experience, not only as customer but also your team not responding to earlier emails is adding to it. Please address the issue. Update: Issue resolved. Thanks.

This review is not for the newspaper but for the app specifically. I am no longer able to download the epaper for offline viewing on both my android and iOS devices and this is extremely frustrating. Offline reading was the main reason why I switched to an epaper over the printed edition. The offline experience is still doable on iOS but the android app needs immediate attention. Please fix this bug.

To view the epaper, there should be an option of digital view alongside print view. This feature is available on The Economic Times app. You can take a look. With just the print view available for mobile devices, it is difficult to navigate the pages and read on a small screen.

When using the app in night mode, some headings and paragraphs become unreadable because of lack of contrast. This makes using the app in night mode inconvenient. Otherwise happy with the experience.

1. Please remove the ads at least for the subscribers, especially those video ads are annoying. Express is probably the only news app which isn't ad free even for subscribers. Disappointing 2. Please make the epaper like so that we can click on an article and we can read that just like a digital article, just like The Hindu and others

Some articles don't open fully. And this problem has been persisting despite clearing cache uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It's very frustrating when one can't read the full article.

Even after getting all access pass, Indian Express is still showing too many ads along the news. It is affecting the user experience. No other service provider do this to its users.(2 stars) After the response. Thankyou for the response. (updated to 4 stars). When ad free option is added will give 5 stars. All others including hindu have an ads free for all the premium users.

If there is a video link from Twitter in the middle of an article, the rest of the article disappears in the mobile app. It just becomes white space and it is annoying
