Module box refuses to connect. Always flashes red . Fully charged. Constantly beeps and flashes red even when connected to the airbag. Taking out the module and lightly tapping it makes it work?

The software seems like it has glitches every so often. Sometimes hard to synchronize and even have it meet with the vest to the phone. Hopefully the new update will resolve this.

Mediocre app. Has trouble connecting to device and if it does connect, it can take 30 seconds or more. It takes forever to transmit data (hours). Have used for about 50,000 miles and I'm not sure I would buy another, especially given monthly fee (I know you can purchase outright, but then no updates, which is ridiculous).

I kinda hope that the sucker who was in charge of the configuration interface (whether it is the app itself or the in&box alone) did not touch a bit of the algorithm that is supposed to save my life in case I fall... That would suck major balls... How do you recharge it unless it is already ON to begin with? How do you scan for a wireless network if it is already trying to connect to a configured one? This is a piece of garbage... 12 € a month, is this your best?

I can't believe how badly designed this app is. I constantly keep being told that I can't transfer update. If I can't even update the software on a brand new unit, how is this expected to know when an accident happens? How can this offer any security when even the most basic of steps gives errors?? Do better! Edit: I went from 2 star to 4 star because their support responded very quickly and actually fixed my problem by resetting the account link on their end.

This is just in regards to the app - I don't need push notifications constantly popping up saying everything is good, it's distracting. I do want to know when there's a problem. One notification for low battery, one for 'problem' and then i guess one for 'good'. Then the ability to enable it disable each individually. Make that change and the app gets 5 stars.

My In&box airbag is an outstanding must-have product for solid motorcycle safety and piece of mind! Purchased new the charge lasts me two weeks but on average I do recharge it every other ride for insurance. It gets frequent updates and the ap is very useful and easy to use. I highly recommend the monthly payment plan to receive updates and pause your usage when not riding for long periods.
