Poor app, not very reliable. Every time i go in to this app to use it to start/clock in to work the it freezes, and not just the app it's self but the whole phone also. This then takes at least five to ten minutes for the phone to recover and reset it's self, (by which time you are probably past the clock in time!) This has now happened on more that three or four occasions. Needs a major update!

680 all the time. What have you d9ne top the App?! Since New Year it's been fine then as of this week pointless to have. Are there restrictions on certain phone models, have you posted an up date but taken it down without notification to users?? What is going on. It is bad most of the time but this is ridiculous now. Sort it out or pack up a d shut it down permanently.

takes ages to book on/off. they should also have where you can see what time you've booked in/out. what people see on here you don't get. only book on/off and control no sos nothing useful and most of the time it doesn't work this needs a big update. please fix it as most of us use this for work

You need Helpdesk support plenty of times. Bookin in and out requirements are exceeding. After you log, another password is to go to the portal. Plenty of passwords, codes, SIN, PIN, etc. Confusing log-in procedure. After you log in, the info isn't apdated instantly. You need to log out and then log in again. In the Portal nowhere, you can find a summary of the hours you are booked/completed. You need to count them by yourself. Can't find payslips. Nowhere to suggest improvements or complaints.

Just recently it hardly ever works, I have to arrive at work at least 20 minutes early to be able to clock in on time as it keeps coming up as GPS error even when I am standing right in the middle of the store in which i am working. I have to try standing in a different spot every time I try to clock , eventually it will work after about 10 tries. The same happens when I clock out, I’m usually about 10 minutes late leaving, often I have to phone in as I don’t want to be too late getting home.

Trash, total trash! It's laggy, unintuitive and does not save reports you wrote and go back on. It's constantly data syncing, lags out and crashes during a tour. Error after error message doing check calls. Considering the amount of money my firm pays per month to use this garbage you would think they would fix these issues.

Very poor service. It should be upgrade properly, there is lots of problem like today I have duty so when I open it for Clock in/out it sometimes show there is no duty matched, also sometimes show GPS failed so it takes long.
TDR REVENGE
Intermittent somes this app up, sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn't, it's about time this app was updated as currently most people have constant issues booking on/off, doesn't matter if its ios or android its unreliable for an app required for work. No option to choose already registered is now preventing me from getting paid at work!
