This app is amazing and my life saver here in Mauritius!!! The app is working properly and easy to handle, the drivers are friendly, reliable and very service oriented and the prices are reasonable!!! It is the first transportation service that is not trying to trick me just because I am a foreigner. I am very happy with and thankful for this app and the services provided!!! The best taxi app in Mauritius, highly recommended. Was easy to set up and get going. Price is agreed before hand and drivers will not try and charge you more. However it does have its flaws, as you will need to book your taxi an hour before you need it as they need an hours notice. Also sometimes drivers may not know the destination and unaware how to use navigation apps, but can be resolved with help from customers. These are small issues and this is a must have app when in Mauritius.

The app is not bad. It seems to work well and is fairly easy to find all the options. Hiwever, the service the taxi company itself offers is not so good. Some of the drivers are great, others not so much. Our last booking was cancelled less than 15 minutes before the pickup time with no explanation. Just a text to tell us. The booking had been made 1 hour and 15 minutes beforehand. We tried to call the helpline number provided but got an automated answer. When either of the language option's was selected the call was passed back to the menu again. Shame, it could be such a good and valuable service if they gave more customer care.

Tried the app,bad experience. Pre booked a taxi hours in advance and at the time of pick up ,no one showed up. I called the taxi guy who didnt even know to pick me up ! Not reliable,not recommended!

Very good app, always use it when I need a taxi. But should try to update the app and provide more services. And also offer a service 24/7.

The App is nice however nobody responds to my taxi requests and my bookings are cancelled most of the time. Unreliable service.

Pretty good when it works, but i was not able to sign in for days now and i can't recover password because it is "Not found in the database"
