Sign-up too complex, geolocation doesn't work and payment doesn't work either. I'm a tourist here and all I want is to rent a bike. Why do you need my birth date? Why do you make it appear as if I need a subscription? Why do you insist in sending me a subscription card while I chose the custom (no subscription) option? But anyway, payments keep timing out, so I guess this app is simply broken.

Totaly unprofessional company with ugly service. I rented a bike once than had a short stop and could not unlock it. No English speaking opetator at hotline, moreover if they hear you speaking English, they just hang off. I called three times to be sure. Do not use this app and service.

Very difficult to use, none of the stations would work for us, the app would crash, wouldnt receive payment no matter how many times we tried, and offers little support.

Terrible app. Paid 2EUR online. Waste of money. App refused login. Unable to unlock bike at station. No alternative method. Nantes should use the same system as Bordeaux which works.

I think there has been a misunderstanding. I have drove the bike on 25th october along with my friend, with two accounts that have same bank details. we carefully returned the bike within 1 day after ensuring that it is locked. however, i have been charged 75euros and 57.5 euros from my account for 25th october to 1st november.

This app should show places for parking non-bicloo bikes when I have borrowed bicloo bike and want to return it. When I call support, they didn't talk English and hang up me.

Very easy while sometimes it does not load available bicycles on selected station.
