Update: 2 years later and they still didn't pay!!! Contacting then doesn't change anything. Avoid at all cost, scam!!! Don't use it, it's a scam! Owe me a money for over a year now and still didn't pay me!!! Avoid it at all costs, they will give you big promises, but in the end you'll be driving for them for free!

Kept delaying payment. Zero cents paid since using their app 6 months ago. Commission keeps increasing. Drivers' money are being used for the staff's baby milk, food, house rental, bonuses, company trips, but nothing for drivers. And they don't care! Drivers' own money used for the trips. More than USD1.5K not paid!

Customer service and service department are very bad with lack of experience. They dont have any kind of experience in dealing with customers or the ability to solve problems professionally. I faced many obstacles to communicate or solve some obstacles to no avail. You deal with unqualified people for this department, especially quality control.

This is a scam app. New drivers are not paid. Even when I contact the customer service, they only say that they will pay soon. But the money is not paid. My payment is over 2 months old and I still haven't been paid the full $800.

Like other driver I also did my job completed two weeks before, as promised they needed to payment after 5 working days, when did not received my payment I did contact the customer service, they said their payment system not working and you will received payment soon but when Don't know, they can't give any specific time. After that I read other drivers reviews all complain about same issu. I also tried to contact finance depar but no response, 4 months now no payment received. its Sccam

After a year working for get transferred getting pay with no problem, now they decide to stop making payments to their driver and steal all the money altogether. I have one more trip to complete and its going to be my last one since customer has nothing to do with what this company is doing to pax and drivers money. Please stop doing working for this company. Im going to keep fighting to get my payments for the lasted rides i done.

At first i was excited to get on board but after I did 3 jobs with this company, I was told that payments would be sent 7 days after completion, after 7 days have passed i reached out to them, they offered me another plan and I refused and ask to be paid for what I did before. However they have refused to even respond to my emails or make the payments. I believe this company is scamming drivers, the reviews are many. They should be banned from the App stores and websites taken down.

SCAM ALERT !!!!! This company has been confirmed as a SCAM COMPANY FOR ALL DRIVERS. They have consistently stealing driver's money and even had a contract. I have reported the App to Play Store and App store and recommended that everyone do so. I am also looking for a lawyer to file a claim against these thieves. REPLY TO RESPONSE BELOW: I have emailed almost more than 100 times with no progress from you guys. And it's not just me. It is everyone who got into your loop as a driver.
