Good Idea and the UI/UX are pretty reasonable but the app in overall is at best a Beta entry level minimum viable product fit for a pilot but not ready for prime time general availability to the public. To be fair, it is not the app that has most of the problems but rather the backend systems supporting it, total disconnect with terrible integration. Enough for now but the list goes on. Not an app you would expect from Emaar.

Very lousy performance. A lot of wrong data inside. Keeps crashing and not useful at all until they fix all bugs. Old app was much better. I hope they fix the app and update info and data before summer to be able to use it. Otherwise will be obliged to delete it.

Clunky app, the most common buttons are hidden behind several menus, and it doesn't work on certain devices for whatever reason. Honestly, just made life more difficult.

Quite useless app. You would imagine that such an app will provide a communication channel between the tenants and Emaar Misr, but information are rarely communicated through this app. You can't request a service, well you can but no one will answer your app based service request and no information on water or electricity outage is ever reported. To Emaar Misr, either use the app as it was intended to be used or remove it from the app store and don't promote it period.

The new update is a disaster by all means. It's not working most of the time, it's very slow, it cracks 90% of the time. The old one was way better. I can't do anything on the new application, it's useless.

application doesn't work since last update. very lousy interface too. previous version was working fine. last update destroyed the application

I deleted the app and reinstalled but still couldn't find the icon for beach use .The payments section is also empty.Offers not updated for alemain hotel for eg. Reallly Dissapointing.
