Not working at all. Can't even login. Error message from app says I have no internet connection which is not true. I reinstalled the app because I couldn't select any of the nearby locations to check the class schedules.

When is the Cape Coral Florida Club going 24 hours it was mentioned 4 years ago still not 24 hours ? I have heard LA fitness is taking back over a Esporta and I have seen minor changes. 24 hours is so much more convenient for the members. I also have a membership at any time fitness which is 24 hours and makes it so simple I really wish that LA fitness / Esporta would look into this great concept. Thank you

It is a bit annoying that when you click "membership card", you have to click again to view it. I never want the other option, and wish it was on a separate button. To be honest, the only time I ever use the app is to scan my card, so I wish that is the first thing that popped up when the app opens, without having to click anywhere.

This app is terrible. Signed up for a membership online, and was provided a QR code good for 30 minutes and instructed to download the app to scan the code to get your membership card. Turns out that pressing the Scan a QR code button to login only opens your camera and does not actually pass the code back to the app. Like how is this supposed to work. And create an account only allows me to enter an ID from a membership card I don't have. And the company did not send any email with instructions or receipt either. We'll see what happens when I go to the club.

Frustrating. Doesn't recognize my name and password even after having them reset it at the gym. Keeps saying incorrect, and I try to reset it, says the barcode isn't right, when it clearly is when I'm on the actual website. Super annoying to go to the gym and constantly ask them to activate it to check in.

Doesn't work. I use to be a member before the app was a thing. But I signed up online and the app wants you to scan a QR code and it brings up your camera 📷. Nothing happens. When you click on the link it wants you to download the app... I already got the app. I'll go inperson and see what's up and update

Getting into the app is a hassle, and trying to login when you don't remember the password is more frustrating. I've never experienced this many authentication steps in order for to know my username or password. I signed up online but I don't have a card and when I went in the first I wasn't given on either.

I installed this at home after I was enrolled at gym. It seemed to work fine at home. When I actually went to the gym and tried to use it to check in.....I could not get it to open and kept saying some kind of errors. Very annoying. Lady at desk attempted to help me but had to remove it. After I got home I tried to install it again...now it says I still have it and can't find it to open or use...
