S30 on an android cell phone App now won't open, android phone screen goes to a blank app screen, then back to home screen in a second or two, and the message"iComfort keeps stopping" comes up. Worked fine since new (April '23) but now won't open for the past several days. I do see they released an update on Oct 22, '24, pretty sure they broke the app with the update

Worked flawlessly for over 2 years UNTIL the Oct 22, 2024 "update". Now won't even open! Crashes every time! Reinstalled, cleaned phone memory, cache etc MULTIPLE times. Nothing can get it to work! LOVE the SEER 24 inverter system and 98% furnace, that saves us $ all year. Although they've already replaced the evaporator coil because excessive sweating dripping water OUTSIDE the unit all summer causing the case as well as overflow tray to mold and rust. ** 512gb Galaxy, 12gb RAM **

CRASHING, UNUSABLE The latest release has resulted in the app crashing on open. I cannot use the app at all on my phone. I've removed, reinstalled, cleared storage.. Etc nothing works. If I put my phone into airplane mode the UI will load but as soon as I turn on lte or wifi (obviously it needs this to work) immediately crashes and closes "Improved connections from thermostats to mobile APPs" - NOPE Please fix this immediately!

Lennox in their infinite wisdom, decided to make the app incompatible with prior versions of Android. And now I no longer have any way to remotely control the functions of my thermostat. I should have just stuck with Google nest or something else. Beware that if you don't update your phone often enough the app will stopped working.

Had been decent over past couple of years except routinely getting message stating internet connection is poor. Now in last week, both me and husband cannot get it to even open up. Reported via contact info, gave them what they requested and radio silence since then. Still won't even open, instantly days app keeps closing and cannot control via app

Apparently, with the new update, the iComfort will not operate as stated with an OS Android version 9 or higher. I was informed that you need OS 12 or higher. Unfortunately a new phone would be necessary to meet my requirements. Either I wait until early next year to purchase the newest Samsung Galaxy S25 or get a different thermostat, or...adjust it manually like I used to do years ago.

Latest update seems to fail now on Samsung Note 9, I have multiple devices of this type and they no longer work. Ridiculous to update without continued support or at least mentioning support would be stopping. App only crashes repeatedly.

This app used to work. However in the last week the app refuses to open and always crashes which is q shame since I use this app frequently. I'm on an android, if they can push an update to fix the app from crashing that would be great.
