This app is junk since update will no longer load pictures says needs stroage permission turned on. All permissions are enabled except the app doesn't give the option for that permission. Called hrpro and they are worthless did not try to help whatsoever. BUNCH OF GARBAGE.

Currently the only options to upload a receipt is from the phone's photo gallery or by taking a picture. I receive most of my EOB information in PDF format, which is not available in the photo gallery. I have to print off a copy of the EOB and take a picture of it, when in reality I should be able to access my files on my phone from inside the HRPRO app. You need to update the app to allow access to files on the phone in the app.

The app works well and has a lot of good features. I would like to have biometric login available. Also, I can't even use my password manager app with it because this app won't allow pasting in the password for some reason. I would give it five stars if it had biometric login or at least worked with a password manager app.

They try every reason to deny a claim as well as take 3 to 5 days to get it thought this was fast simple and easy this is Acenine and a Utter Lie On the Behalf of the makers of this app False Advertising as fast that chime and Cash app and Venmo and PayPal and all other out there can send your money back should be no Reason for a wait anyway I suggest if u have to have this service to get there debit card that way there will be no hesitation on having access to you $$$ that you Put there to use

Nothing on this site is simpleverything is made to be as complex and confusing and frustrating as possible I swear to God. I have to download other apps just to use your app.

Unable to use receipt manager. It asks for storage permissions but the option does not come up to allow for this app type.

Asks for permissions it doesn't need and won't work with my password manager. Honestly I'm opting out of FSA benefits next year if i still have this same benefits manager. Utter garbage 🗑️
