I really wish we had other options and. choices in electric companies. This comp comp.totally takes advantage of the fact they are our only option the app works ok I guess but if you make your payment o. the app it takes two weeks for it to finally come out of the bank so you must be on top of your finances T all times because they will screw you up if you forgot they hadn't taken their payment yet

Payments constantly messing up an auto pay not working to just leave us with a late fee. LG&E are awful and it's a shame there isn't an alternative

I can't cancel my service through the app. But beyond that, lg&e is garbage, no pun intended.
