The app is pretty good. Minor adjustments are needed, like you should be able to search from state to state, anywhere to anywhere, and by regions without putting in specific location. Also, you should be able to add and delete drivers.

Very annoying. Unable to reset my password. The app says that a reset link has been sent but nothing received. I checked my email several times including spam, trush and even the promotion. I waited for more than 30 min hoping it will come. None I just decided to uninstal it.

Trash, I'm supposed to use this app to track a load given to me or I'll be fine $200 yet when I download and install the app it asks for my number to send a text confirmation in order to see loads assigned to me. I've not gotten any text. I've pressed for a message to be sent several times and still no message. Had me triple checking if I put in my own phone number correctly.

Removed me from a load and suspended my account due to not having recant DOT inspections. But just a month or so ago when they couldn't get that load covered inspections weren't much of a concern. They just accepted my rate and the load was delivered. That's what we are dealing with these days.

Great thing to have if you are a trucker! Everything is integrated in 1 thing, I had to send some documents since i handnt work with them I spoke with Matthew nice dude, he was able to get me up and running for the verification and found me the right load I was looking for, he did mentioned I can book loads through this and bid any time of the day and will get a response! I'm running a load out of Laredo and it let's you do everything without calling them! Even tracking so no more calls!

Negative experience all around. The loads are cheap, they don't counter offer. Customer service is non existent. Currently waiting for two TONUs for cancelations made on the same day of the Pickup, but they won't honor it. Brokers like them make trucking harder than it actually is.

Horrible app. I can't log in and when I click forgot password it says email link to reset has been sent. But nothing ever comes. I've tried a 100 times. Absolute garbage app.
Stretch Bent
When you bid on loads it needs to counter offer. It only says try a lower bid. Or you need to see the other bids.
