Worst app and worst service. It seems it is big scam is being going on through this app. I have not getting exact answer any time. Same reply is being given every time. Even help line person also not giving the right information.

My ancestors' names were not recited in pind pradan Puja. Recital is not clear. It is just like Rap music, fast and unable to understand. Wastage of money. I am disappointed. Videos of other pujas not provided (Gau puja etc). App is not user friendly. From starting itself it is problematic. I am uninstalling the App.

Live stream video was with lot of disturbance and audio and video failure intermittently. Please provide the video recording of Vipareet Pratyangira Devi Puja and Yagnya as my name and gotra was missing in the live stream due to continuous audio and video failure/blackout.

I recently faced an issue with the delivery of Puja Yanta , it was delivered faulty, I raised the issue with the support team and they noted all details through a form. The issue was resolved efficiently and the new Yantra was delivered without any hassle. I would like to give special thanks to the logistics head Miss. Ananya Bhardwaj for her excellent support throughout this process. Great job and keep up the good work, Dhevdham team!

Disappointed with services of temple dham.my booking for pooja at badrinath,the puja time was given at 3.00pm which itself surprising as most ritual in morning This impact us, as we too fast until pooja to be in synch.But no update came at 3 pm on whatsApp.I checked live stream of devdham,but found nothing. I pinged on whatsApp, they updated pooja is at 4.45 pm, i waited still fasting, then no update, no streaming. At 7pm they said pooja is complete. Created doubt if pooja was performed at all

I have enjoyed this app for quite some time. The original app has been revamped with better functionality. A new feature is the ability to pay within the app in your own currency, instead of relying on outside services to convert to rupees. Apparently, due to what may be a simple programming error affecting currency conversion, the fees on some of their Pujas have increased slightly. It seems they are trying to correct this & I have hope they will update it soon. Highly recommended !!

Worst No support from customer care executives. If you can't handle so much orders then why you are opening for only to take money and also not able to process the orders. First they called and said the file got corrupt and didn't record the process. Then they will ask you to perform somewhere. They will again ghosting you. They are not giving any link of the process. While you are in waiting. Why choose online due to not perform physically but they are ghosting. Then why we choose this.
