Its pretty good app for the news. Really only small issues with the quality and way they deliver the information. During the storms today I decided to tune in for the weather and they decided to minimize the storm map and show a basket ball game. Couldn't tell anything about the storm map. 2 rotations on the map they cover one for the entire time the other to the south was moving through setting alarms off they focused on the one north. Hardly ever use the app but I remember why.

Between stories all you see is a lot of blank space with a rotating circle like a story or video or something trying to load. Also several stories are duplicated one or rwo stories apart. The app just needs an overhaul. I can see that it was NOT beta tested. Now, (5/21/21) after reading a story and closing it out, the app takes you back to the top of list of stories, instead of to the story you were looking at, making it difficult to find the next story available. Again, not tested.

No matter what I do, I cannot stop the app from going off randomly in the early morning hours before daybreak. I DO NOT need an alert for the daily weather forecast. I have adjusted the settings for certain alerts only - doesn't stop. I've set the quiet time feature for certain hours - doesn't matter - the app continues to alert. Nothing I do changes it. I deleted the app before because of this, because I gave a similar review and the bug was never fixed. Still hasn't been fixed.

This app's content continues to deteriorate. The content is not updated as frequently as before, especially on the weekends. Local news articles are often poorly edited and littered with typos. In short, this news site is no longer as relevant or useful as it was previously.

They've made it so difficult to watch weather coverage and the app doesn't allow for map/image enlargement. You'd think that would all be optimized for use on a cell. The website is better for the phone in those instances, which defeats the entire point of having an app.

It was ok except for the bogus news articles at the bottom of each article. I could just ignore them but I'd rather find a local news app that doesn't sell advertisement space to click bait per click through listings. Wish me luck Haha

This used to be one of the best local news apps around. Since the most recent update the app crashes regularly. Sadly, it worked just fine until you guys tried to fix it.

It seems that the fake news of the national media has unfortunately trickled down to local news organizations. Download for your daily fear mongering of the china coof and your blm propaganda. Most stories are good journalism from channel 5 but they very clearly ignore one narrative in favor of another in terms of what's covered. A mural that was drawn in the STREET where CARS DRIVE gaining some skid marks from a car IS NOT NEWS.
