love the new hot water cylinder. For some reason the outdoor temperature of wrong it's around 10 degrees outside and it's showing 72 degrees in the app. It would also be good for the scheduling app to only do a start or stop in each setting. would make it easier when you just want to turn the element on or off in the cylinder instead of turning it off for 10 min and then the next scheduled task kick in. also I'm not sure how to configure it past midnight with the

Very difficult to add my device. Errors most of the time. If an error, it transitions back so fast it's Impossible to read what has gone wrong. If manage to add the device, I can only turn it on from the icon available in the main screen. I cannot go into device settings because I have to "wait for a moment!" (endless). The room temperature is misread from the app. 5°C difference from remote control. Can't set the "fin" either to divert air flow. I hope future versions fix these problems. Thks.

This app is slow, unreliable, and buggy. I have 3 carrier minisplits, and I often can't open a device to change the temperature. Or it won't turn on or off. Trying to change the temp through Google assistant often results in "not available". Sometimes the schedules don't execute at all. Carrier clearly has no interest in making this app work reliably, so I'll probably resort to a third party controller like sensibo. And avoid carrier in the future.

Needs strong WiFi. With last release seems more dependable. The dashboard should give more information than just a list of my 6 mini splits. Like current state, temp and humidity would be nice. Wish schedule worked based on humidity triggers not just time of day. Wish it could email alerts. Wish it could work with ITTT. On the plus side I was able to diagnose a freon leak using the "check" function. But it should run check on it's own everyday and then email me if something falls. Samsung S9+

The app can work with a supported device but the experience using it is horrible. It really feels like they got a template app and tried to make it work with other devices. Not only does it lack integration with any voice assistant or have any API for automation it doesn't even get the basics right. Logs me out daily then takes 20 seconds to connect and get to the control section. Half the instructions just don't get to the device even if the sluggish ui registers changes. Not worth installing.

Just received new air conditioner, and was excited at the prospect of being able to control the new unit via the internet. Following installation of this app, repeated attempts to create an account have failed. I can't get past the first step. I hope the AC unit performs as expected, but this app suggests that the bar is low and offers only disappointment.

I'd rate with 0 stars if it was an option. Can't connect to my air conditioner at all, keeps failing at 99% reconnecting phone to wifi (and my wifi network does function ormally so the issue isn't with it). UX is awful, no option to control device over mobile data network as well so..nothing the remote control can't do for me.

It's bad - unpolished, unresponsive, unpleasant. The app looks and feels like something one would associate with a white box Chinese import. Every screen (of which there are multiple layers) presents a loading wheel. Generally the app is cumbersome and slow. It looks tacky and the UI is messy in places. Also, the associated products can't be linked to Google Assistant or SmartThings, so what's the point of having a "connected" A/C?
