Doesn't work at times, very slow if it does. If I make an order, I have to change my payment method every. single. time. Also the information it holds is not reliable. According to the app, one espresso house ran out of espresso (!), so preorder was not possible. I guess logistics is just fine, customer facing IT not so much.

The app is maybe ok, but the problem it does not work properly at the cafes. Firstly, barcode scanner is such a thing- you have to try your best while positioning the mobile phone if you want it to be scanned. Not to say that sometimes the possibility to pay woth the app does not work at all because of the lack of the internet connection in cafe. Recently I wanted to pop up my card with 10€, the barista definitely had problem with it so at the end I paid 40€.

Doesn't load at times, especially when in the cafe and you need to pay and scan the card. Due to that loaded the card with twice the amount. Contact with support via app is impossible - submitting the form results in "message is not sent". No email is provided. The recent thing- after an update the survey is suggested, but no promised free drink is added by completing it.

The older version of the app was perfect. With the new update I had trouble adding my card and the entire app isn't as intuitive as it used to be. Also, making the minimum card refill amount larger than before is a very good way to make sure I don't go to the café. I won't be stopping by as often since refilling my coffee card basically counts as an investment. I can decide to load up 10€ in a spur of a moment, but 30€ is too much. EDIT: Changed to 4* 14/03/24 after positive changes in app.

Update - I still don't get any suggestions when I open the app. When reinstalling it(!) the products appear. Seriously, this is the worst app I've ever seen. I really enjoy espresso house but this app drives me crazy and if it doesn't get better I will stop going to Espresso house. The new version is a catastrophe. I cannot add credit card information, it sends me to login. I can't save name, picture or anything. The previous version worked a lot better, this version makes me avoid going to Espresso house.

The new user interface feels weird. It is not user friendly. The home logo looks like a trash can/recycle bin more than a take-away cup of coffee! Also, the credit in the app doesn't get updated automatically after any payment and there's no refresh button to force it to update. I have to close the app and reopen it to see the new amount I have.

The minimum deposit of 300:- (Sweden) is a forceful approach to lockdown customers. But the app runs well and are easy to navigate. I tested the pre-order system, with successes 2 out of 3 purchases. The 3rd time the notification failed to activate when the order was ready for pickup. The new bonus system might be considered more fair, but it's uneventful and easily neglected.

Everything was fine but today I got very angry with the app! I have a subscription and I just wanted to buy a coffee but the app doesn't work. It doesn't go further than the splash screen. I updated the app but it didn't help. Then I rebooted my device. No effect either. Than I cleared the app data. Still nothing. And a reinstallation didn't help. It just doesn't work.
