This app is very friendly user but some problems first we didn't connect with customer service is very bad even no any contact number.Some times when we reached to picked customer they are some time more in numers 5 or 6 so we did not have any options to cancel the trip if we cancel App deducts our 5 reyal ???

I am drive the kaiian. suddenly close my account and not back my money from my wallet. More then 1 month i watting but not say single Word. Very bad.

good application but I want something point there(1) first make ther option the money transfer on time (2) captain complain option some costumer not pay so that's company make option for complain 3 cancel payment costumer side make 2 min maximum documents change option add because sometimes people sale the car and buy new so they can not change documents easy 4 make the new number add option 5 remove captain cancel deduct 6 bounas give and more fucose the application ok thanks

Very stupid app. The above token system is even worse. The drives never get their money on time (from the app owners) and the fare is so low that the maximum fare for 10-15 KM is not more than 20 Saudi Riyals. The cruelty from above is that if you get stuck in a traffic jam, the cost of petrol is more than the rent. All drivers should refrain from using it.

Very very bad experiences very low and cheaf delivery packages for drivers 10,15 km just 10 sar and always the comstomer is very far from driver ,5,6 km away from driver.there is no call option to the costumer no help or support with the team members

The map don't have compass that's why the map not useful and not using like google map. Kindly update it for compass.... Thanks
