Battery draining and crashes and crashes and crashes on startups. Messaged: 'updates are available', and it was not. If faced with a Weather Related Natural Disaster, this is an unstable app under a tornado watch and warning. Open the radar, and the app immediately crashes and closes. Cannot track hurricanes. I emailed support, and there was no response. However, an update was sent. No trust in severe weather emergency conditions. Radar is cartoony. Junk app. NO updates improvements. WJHG BEST

New update is awful. Very few roads are labeled. When zooming in it doesn't change to add road names....this was definitely a down grade and made this radar pretty useless. Have used the old background for years and it was a great asset to be able to tell exactly which road a system was crossing. This new update doesn't even show any road other than the few major roads....so disappointing. Will be looking for a different app to use from now on... looking to see what channel 7 has to off.

This app is not helpful at all for alerts. We are currently under two watches, tornado and freeze, as well as a severe storm risk and wind advisory. The app is displaying that there are alerts, but when you click on them nothing shows (just the words Alerts and a Close button). You'd be better off using the WeatherBug and Weather Channel apps for local weather and Max Hurricane Tracker for hurricanes. Also, install the Tornado app by the Red Cross.

App is okay but seems outdated/very low quality. Radar says 'future' but ends at 'now'. When I choose the 24 hour radar, there is no way to slow it down to see a certain time, and again, it is labeled as 'future' but ends with 'now'. Some of the tabs either don't work or won't load the page. An ad pops up immediately when you open the app, which is annoying, but not horrible. There are ads on every page I've been able to load but at least they don't pop up and cover the screen.

Decent app, my biggest complaint with the app, it is all or nothing with overlays. I wish I could turn off watches and only see warnings. Tornado warnings sometimes get lost with all the other markings, and not everyone can see the color red. So, that feature would help those who have color disabilities.

Useful, but the temperature display in the notification bar rarely updates on it's own. Opening the app forces it to update to the current temperature. Haven't located a way to turn this feature off, and nobody has responded to the "Help" email I sent, nearly a month ago. Uninstalling.

Hate this app since the update. I just want to watch my weather recap, not all the other bs we fill our 30 minutes with including the onslaught of ads I can't skip. I sleep during the day so I miss out on local weather forecasts. This is more trouble than it's worth.

Compare the new app to the old app, new app crashes all the time, and graphics are quite cartoonie, the old app was stable and appears to act quite up-to-date, this is not updated or improved on the new app, therefore a one star rating. One more thing WJHG app is far superior, make your own comparisons. Another thing this app is unreliable for this radar freeze outs and not useful during tracking hurricanes.
