I am thoroughly disappointed with the customer service experience I received. I paid for the assistant service, and prior to making the payment, they were proactive in their communication, constantly calling and texting me. However, after the payment was made, there was a complete lack of updates or any form of communication and I would not recommend this service to anyone

The worst experience, to be honest. 95% of registered profiles have no picture submitted. I believe, because of all of these problems, a lot of people aren't even checking regularly on this application. And I think that even on your end, you are not perforning the any reconciliation on an outdated / stale profile in order to prevent these problems. Your customer service will be available to us until we purchase a membership; after that, the representative will not get in touch with me. 😢😢😡😡

Very bad interface. Keeps getting crashed. While searching it will automatically got to homepage. Doesnt exclude already shown profiles, so we have to start from the beginning every time it crashes. SOOO FRUSTRATING

Just disappointed with this app. We cannot find matching profiles according to our preferences. That's ok but once we create profile in this app we cannot delete our profile and 'i felt' cheated.That is not a good sign. It seems we don't have the permission even to delete our own profile.

total waste of money !!! please don't ever register here x no new matches /preferred matches x poor customer service x no more than 50-70 profiles but they say 1000-2000 profiles are available we tried escalating them multiple times but no use. they don't care! other matrimonys are worth your money. go for it!
