This is a terrible app. Whoever let this go to production should be ashamed. I'm trying to edit a document and it won't let me modify rate or unit values. When I type a space it either removes it and puts it in after the next letter I type or it just deletes it entirely when I leave the field. If I remove all the text from field before typing my own text the app errors out and the whole screen goes blank. These are problems I discovered in my first ten minutes using the app.

The product is good but they don't have any phone customer service to ask technical questions to make full use of the product. My request was answered after 10 days with irrelevant details. Very poor customer service...

The app has good user experience and functions fairly similar to the web app but with a nice flow to the UI. My only greviences with the app are the fact that you cannot update the recpients emails of a given contract in the app. This has caused me much frustration. The only other thing I've noticed is it can be difficult to assign and fill in text fields in the app. If you could fix this functionality then the app would be killer.

Have been using this for a couple of years and it was good. BUT after the Upgrade there are many bugs cannot even attach a clear pdf anymore Cannot migrate docs from previous version to library so I have to re write a lot of my content. I am currently searching foe new platform I have spent more time with support than actually doing any work lately
A Google user
I installed this app to esign a doc. You have to already have an existing account to sign into the app. Signed up for a few trial online. Then couldn't upload my document to sign. The only choice was to create a new doc using a template, but the templates were not even available. Complete waste of time.
Beyond Obedience Dog
Horrendous. You can only get so far trying to type one word and it will continuously delete the word. Same with highlighting and correcting a typo. It's absolutely useless for editing. Only good for signatures really.
A Google user
I think a sign-up access should be added to the app login. By pressing login with Google, it should automatically set you up with an account. This is only achievable if you login with Google via your website, only then you will be able to login with Google using the app. Maybe provide a product road-map via email to keep us customers involved on what's to come for this product.

There is no option to edit the documenta on mobile app. I cannot edit the existing documents at all. Hence the mobile app does not make sense at all. Good to use only computers or laptop.
