This app is horseshit. Even though I'm logged into my account, it keeps logging out from me automatically from the app, when I logged again, it asks from me to provide the bank details again and again while also asking to provide nic everytime actually the biggest challenge is that we need to wait until 2050 to get approved nic by them to make payments at least try to save these necessary details for the account once we giving upon the registration.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with a mobile top-up app that left me feeling frustrated and cheated. The app in question, which shall remain nameless, promised a convenient and hassle-free way to recharge my mobile phone credit. However, it quickly became evident that their primary goal was to squeeze as much money as possible out of unsuspecting customers. First and foremost, the app's interface was misleading.

Now its time to uninstall the app. I am using this app for more than 3 years. They dont even charged extra single cent for reloads and bill payments. But now they are charging extra money for reloads. Its not fair and instead of this we can use the official apps provided by the network providers. (My dialog for Dialog, Selfcare for Mobitel etc). No extra charges no delays. Now they are showing their real face. Thanks🖕

I have been using this app for past 1 or 2 years. I worked really well. A must needed app in the phone but recently I have been facing an issue with the app. The UI is not appearing. When I open the app, the logo is appearing but not the UI. I reinstalled and checked the but no response. I hope paymaster team will understand my jssue and will assist.

Now you are charging 10% to reload and you have reduse the points as well. It is time to uninstall the app. Coz, we have many apps to recharge. From banks and our connections also have provided recharge services. I used your app, coz it was very user friendly and fast. Now many changes happened and not like before. Due to all the above reasons I would not use this app again. Thank you!

I have been using this Paymaster app for over a year. Recently an additional Rs. 10 will be charged as a reload fee. I will uninstall this Paymaster app. If I recharge Rs.100, they deduct Rs.110 from the card. This is very unfair. They have only recently started charging these reload fees. Initially they did not charge reload fees. As the app became popular and many people started using it, they started charging reload fees. This is unfair. It is cheaper to go to a store and get a card.😞

It's been a few years since I used it. It was good at first. No extras were cut. But now an additional fee is charged for all payments. Exchange of money in emergencies is not reliable. The time it takes to credit the money back to the account and the time it takes to send the money is easier than going to the nearest bank and doing it with this app.
