Works for everything except payment. Will not accept any credit card for payment. No matter which card I add to my account, it declines the payment when I try to choose delivery. I can use the same exact credit card to order your pizza on Door Dash, but the Grimaldi's application always declines it. I contacted my bank, and they said the payment attempt never even gets to them and is a local problem to the app

Error message every time we try and order previous order. "No something found" or something like that. Not a deal breaker but annoying. It looks good until we get to the last step of pressing reorder.

App crashed several times while placing order. Unreliable and a waste of time at times. Hope they can improve it because it would be very convenient. I'm sure it/developers are doing the best with what they have so not a reflection on them

I've ordered from the App 2 times now and it gave me my refunds and pay back. It doesn't want to take my order. And as a first time customer I'm not so sure if you can physically order pizza from this establishment. Especially during the pandemic. The App needs some fixing pronto.

Multiple rewards not applied to account. Contacted customer service w/ proof via email to no avail. App is also not very user friendly. Grimaldis is great, app & rewards system is trash.

The app will let you place and pay for your orders; however, ALL attempts to use ANY of your rewards accumulated by using the app are rejected. You can use rewards if you call the store directly to phone on your order...kind of defeats the whole purpose of the app IMO.

Took forever to set up account. Won't allow any changes. Phone number was originally used as guest so nothing else worked. Very cumbersome app. Will order rarely not worth the effort.

The app doesn't make it clear if the tip option is for the delivery driver or not. Don't think it is, so no option to add tip for the driver? Not good.
