This app is horrible. I did the upgrade, signed in and need to add everything in my old system. Manually. Don't upgrade unless they force you to. Did an uninstall and reinstall. Putting in the emailed code and resetting my password, does not give me enough time on the screen to set the password before the code expires. Email says the code is good for 60 minutes. You can resend a password, but then need to refresh the screen to enter it, which send another code. And it's now a loop. Train wreck.

I'm having an issue where, if I leave the app open, and come back to it using task manager, I get a message that the password has been reset. I then have to set a new password using the 'forgot password' link. This happens routinely. Other than this, I love the app, it controls my pool pump and gives me info on the speed and power usage.

11/21/24 Update: Temperature scale now reads "deg F"--good. The plot of pH is still useless as the scale of the "y axis" is way too broad (-30 to 50???) Why not auto scale based on the range of data--if that's too complex for you then 6 to 8 would be better? I'm using the chlorine tank now since temp is < 52 degrees F, but the app doesn't show the chlorine tank level, only the acid tank level. Salt level now not showing. Still too many problems to rate higher than a "1".

Good functionality In General. Connects your pump and Ichlor as well as the pentair lights but this is where the app lacks. The color selection is very poor and let's say you want to set your pool light to cyan and you simply can't. Pool vendor said there was a workround by selecting a showcase and then selecting "Hold" but that does not work whenever you pick hold and save the 5amp relay then you need to save the entire program and the lights gets reset back to white. This should be not hard.

Updated 7/22/24 App developers reached out and fixed the clock setting and random address error messages. I still can't connect locally to my Intelliconnect or retrieve the pin code but has been working OK over the internet. Water temp history seems to only keep the last day of data and would be much easier to read of it distinguished when the pump was running. It's unclear if the firmware is updated automatically but they updated it remotely somehow without asking to fix the clock issue.

I have a very large pool (100k gals) and have used multiple Prowler robots simultaneously to clean it. I just upgraded to three new Prowler 930W robots and found I was forced to migrate to the Home app in order to run/control the 930W. That, in and of itself, wasn't a problem. The PROBLEM is that the app will only allow one 930W to be listed on it! I can only remotely control 1 of the 3 robots! I've wasted thousands of dollars on robots I can't operate. This needs to be fixed quickly!!!

The recent update removed a KEY feature. Why do developers like to remove features? So annoying. Previously if I wanted to set the pump speed to, for example, 41.5% on a program, I could click in the text field and enter it exactly. Now it's just a stupid useless slider that makes it almost impossible to set the power I want for a program. STUPID! Please change it back and make it human friendly again!

Nothing but problems with this new app. Something different every week! Today I attempt to heat my spa and there is no option to turn heat on all of the sudden! Of course you can't talk to anyone on a weekend let alone 3 day holiday. Growl. Trying to have a nice weekend with family get together, 2nd time in a month, the pool ap has some crazy bug. Last week the regular pool light (white ) was not an option, just my colors. It was dark we couldn't see! And app constantly slow or not connecting
