Just a bad app. The app allowed me to create an account with a password that was not compatible with thier website for booking. I can log into the app but not the website on a PC. So I updated the password on the app and now it tells me my email, that they sent me a welcome email to is not a valid email.

I can't see my reservations in this app, and even though it says I have a reward account, I have yet to earn rewards on any of the nights I have stayed. Super annoying!! It doesn't show anything in my history, which I don't like either.

every time I've ever tried to use this app it always tells me there is a server network error and warning password is alphanumeric and I could never finish filling it out and it never accept my information so I never get points for saying which sucks and since I was born in 1978 and you can't fill out your birthday you have to click the arrow back it takes so much time to fill it out not impressed. then when you are done it doesn't take you anywhere. a worthless app and feeling disappointed

Greatest hotel in Peoria! These guys know how to treat guests! 5 star hotel at a reasonable price! Friendly staff, cleanliness is superb, management great! All friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend staying at Grand Stay if you are in the Peoria area!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
