オンライン ローンの資格:
加盟店向けビジネスローンの適格基準は次のとおりです。
PhonePe QR で月額 15,000 インドルピー以上の支払いを受け入れる
PhonePe QR で 3 か月以上支払いを受け入れるアクティブな販売者であること

*最大 500 万ルピーのローンの場合、企業口座または銀行口座の詳細は必要ありません。当社の貸し手のポリシーに従って変更される場合があります。
利用手順:
- ローン金額と金利を選択してください
- 生年月日、PAN、Aadhaar 番号などの詳細を入力します
- セルフィーをクリックし、デジタルで KYC を完了します
- アカウントに自動支払いを設定します
ローン商品の詳細:
- 分。在職期間: 3ヶ月
- 最大。在職期間: 30ヶ月
- 最大。課される金利: 年間一律 30%
例: 元金と該当するすべての手数料を含むローンの総コストの場合:
- 元金融資額：Rs. 15,000
- 定額金利: 年18%

Initial impression of the services offered by this app was awful. I ordered a QR code for my store after creating the account. And the agent came within 2 hours to deliver it. However, he was trying to mislead us by saying "it's mandatory to purchase the speaker along with the free QR code". However, it was never mentioned anywhere including inside the application. He was a dishonest agent! Secondly, I tried instant settlement option, and it couldn't transfer the amount to bank account.

It has been 10 days. Smart speaker is saying please insert sim and restart. I had made multiple requests nobody came to even check what is wrong. This is worst. In india it's absolute requirement to have a technology like smart speaker. Now it was only 2 months since I paid 649 rupees and monthly of 49 or something. Do I get it back, no I won't. Worst technical services I have.

Application is the best one. But the smart speaker and it's service are very pathetic . After 2 months of usage, it is continually going to switch off mode and then switching on automatically. I tried all the trouble shooting methods they provided. But it's not yet resolved. Contacted the person who installed the smart speaker, but he assuredly said there is no problem with the speaker. It's still showing the same problem. Im going to cancel the smart speaker

There Agent's Told Me Lie. They Give Me Misleading Informations. I didn't receive my money. They told me NO REFUND OF ANY MONEY. Very Irritating Things. Point 1 is ; Server Issue. Point 2 is ; App Glitches. Point 3 is; Late Settlements. Point 4 is ; No Exciting Offers. So many times i order QR Code but i didn't received anything. Such a poor services. Very Disappointed. Now I finally thinking; delete my phone pay business account in some few days. Worst Service Ever.

Phonepe smart speaker Agent cheat by saying that there is just ₹318 charges and monthly ₹100 will be returned in account for 3 months. There are no other charges what so ever after that. But after activation of smart speaker in app plan is showing as ₹125/30 days. I requested for call back but no customer support representative contact on call.

I called the phonepe service center but he didn't respond my issue. I have not taken any speaker phonepe but in my application it's showing I had take it, so I contact customer care but I didn't get any resolution, everytime customer support guys told me I will get the call back from concern team but till now I have not received any call from there end. Simply there are applying unknown charges and scamming us.

I have been using the PhonePe Business App for the past two years, and my experience has turned into an absolute nightmare due to the unresolved KYC issue. For over a year, I have been trying to complete my KYC verification. According to the app's guidelines, if you don’t have a GST number, there should be an option to skip that step and complete KYC using a PAN card and other documents. However, I have NEVER seen this "skip" option appear, leaving me stuck and unable to use the app effectively
Bicycle Chalenge
Several times I have requested them to change my mobile number, as I am facing difficulties to receive OTPs. But, they don't answer. I have been using Phone Pe swipe machine. It is very hard to receive OTPs while logging in. They don't bother my request. Now, I am unable to see all the transactions. Very pathetic experience. I don't know why they should not provide the mobile number update option. One of the most worthless apps I have ever seen.
