Pretty good so far, been using it since 2020. All my experience have been mostly positive, I use the app for groceries, for food, for buying pet items, and even kids' toys. I like the service overall. I think the only thing I'd like to see is a tracking of the delivery. It'd be nice to have an estimate of when you'll receive the product.

They remove my PWD discount and won't return it despite several attempts to register. It doesn't make sense to register for PWD discount annually when the ID validity is 5 years. I also just found out that as a customer I can see other people's responses in the Google Form to register talk about data breach.

Absolutely disappointing. They are severely understaffed to deliver. The customer service is responsive and the rider was polite but very very late (by two hours). It's kind of a shame the service isn't living up to its potential

it's very bad experience with this app cause they accept the address you are making ie , I'm staying in general Santos city Philippines so I made membership with them and it's eccepted but when I've made order it's not eccepted and when I inquired from customer service they informed me that I can't finish my order cause they are not delivering to my address , that's very unprofessional method , waste of time .

Absolute worst. Scheduled for delivery and it's been hours since I ordered and there is no update. Said that my perishable orders were out of stock but I'm guessing it's because they are so slow with their update and deliveries that they opt to take it out. Prices of the goods may be cheaper but the hassle is definitely not worth it. Don't install or order through this app, save yourself the trouble.

This app doesn't update the listings to say if a product is out of stock or if a product is really on sale or not. I have gotten phone calls from the shop that they have ran out of the product or the item is not on sale (even though it's shown in the app that the shop is showing the sale price). The other thing I only found out later was when the rider arrived at my house that my credit card payment didn't go in when during checkout when it said that it absolutely went through during checkout.

Tagal ng delivery, the preparation was done ages ago pero the delivery walang update kung na pick up na ba or what. What's the point of the time schedule for the delivery when the delivery is taking HOURS and your chargers for deliver per km isn't cheap too! No wonder people aren't using this app!

Just the first use is ok. After that, it's too much of a hassle. Too many messages & notifs. UI is too cluttered. Search is not intuitive. Shopper doesn't check with me before replacing or cancelling unavailable items. I end up paying more than expected. UI also doesn't seem able to track where I am in the UX. Just overall not an easy app to use.
