HomePass メンバーシップ自動更新規約
HOMEPASS モバイル アプリを通じてメンバーシップに登録した場合、注文確認時に支払いがアカウントに請求されます。あなたのアカウントには、現在のサブスクリプション期間が終了する 24 時間以内に、毎月 (サブスクリプション期間) のメンバーシップ料金が自動的に請求されます。
会費は £7.99 です。初めてのお客様に限り、HomePass メンバーシップ (プロモーション期間) の最初の 1 か月間は無料で提供されます。プロモーション期間が終了すると、アカウントを通じてメンバーシップをキャンセルしない限り、メンバーシップは自動的に月次有料メンバーシップに変換されます。その他の制限が適用される場合があります。

Great app, great product, just what I needed. I get full control of children's internet use, I get to schedule when they can be connected, when they have to be disconnected, i get to cut them off whenever I want to, it is very very useful. Additionally, I don't have to share my password with anyone, i can just give temporary auto expiring access to any guests, I am confident, that family are not on any phishing sites or anything like that, absolutely love it, and I use it all the time.

Can't sign in anymore. It was okay, but rather limited. It didn't improve the coverage much, but helped a bit with parental controls (which are very limited). Bit pointless if you already own a mobile limiting tracking. Needs individual controls for people and devices. My biggest issue is that after changing the internet provider, not much explanation and now I'm stuck in the loop of magic links that take me to the app only to ask to send another login link. Thank you for reply.

The app keeps crashing on my phone, has been for the last few months. As the plume pod can only be managed with the app, I am left with a home router I cannot control anymore. Access through a web browser would be useful but apparently that is not even available in the UK. Really poor after sale customer service.

Basic features that are free (since they have no ongoing cost to provide!) on other platforms such as guest WiFi require Plume's paid subscription. Ultimately, the £100/year subscription provides 2 real features: ad blocking and security. Others charge around £50-£60/year for these! No innovation or benefit compared to the myriad of cheaper platforms out there. Poor customer service coupled with a mediocre product at a high price. Cannot recommend.

Too simple. It looks nice, good initial network setup and pods coverage is ok. Coverage not bad- I have 4 superpods for my 5 bedroom house. Parental controls very limited compared to the Google WiFi. Can't easily and quickly set separate times for each child.. everyone/every device has to have the same freeze controls. No ability to temporarily add some time for kids have to cancel the freeze and reset =pain. Ad blocker blocks the photos of two major UK retailers. Good support via email though.

You get full speed on the plume pod for 2 hours then it goes to half speed forever it is a a useless poorly designed turd of a router!

Gives good overview of the connections , gives good warning when there is a failure if the network fails, only happened when wight fibre were doing maintenance.
