Notifications are blocked and will not allow me to unblock I have uninstalled and reinstalled and contacted support with no help. I've never had a app where I could not allow notifications.

This app works great. It is simple and gives oil analysis as ordered, the app is not some small outfit, this is an actual lab for oil analysis that had decided to interface this way. Satisfied customer.

Activated account did password and confirmed password still won't show me my oil sample results so no not happy with your services at all

Registered for an account on Friday before noon. Tuesday afternoon I still was not activated and had not heard back from any of the emails I had sent starting with the email I sent on Friday. Called to activate my account manually. The rep was nice enough and able to get my account activated. The activation link did not work in Chrome. Had to use IE instead. So far this activation process has been bad. I'll update my review now that I can finally send my sample in. I really wanted to try using their app to see how it compared to another lab that I use.
