Used to be good, but nowadays they give promo offers for delivery orders but they mess that up by adding too high fees apart from delivery fee. I dont know suddenly why this was in the list. Anyways they increase actual menu price and these fees are crazy. Finally you end up paying more than the value of food and wait for a long delivery time. Rather suite up , go to the restaurant and enjoy the meals! Lost the hopes.sorry.

Overpriced food, inconsistency in delivery times and if you'll actually receive your order, high fees unless you pay a monthly subscription. Deleting the app for good after having an item missing from my order and being told my order was ineligible for a refund. No sense in supporting a business that will take your money, not give you the product you paid for, and then laugh in your face.

Not a huge fan of the cranked up menu prices and all of the fees which turn a $15 item into a $30, but I guess that's just the price for convenience. Overall, it's alright. 60% of the drivers speak AND READ English, about that same percentage can actually follow directions as well. If my order got screwed it up, it's usually the restaurant and not the driver, so there's that. I use it when I'm feeling lazy or hungover anyway.

Been great so far, coupons make the app *edit. After using the app for a while, it seems like there's trouble between the location food is delivered and which restaurant receives the order. Example: ordered from Taco Bell, knowing there's one within a few miles, but it sent the order all the way across town. Makes receiving the oder longer, and the driver is covering a lot more distance than necessary, affecting their tip/drive time/traffic.

This used to be my go-to app, and I order almost daily. Sadly, the past few times, items were missing from my orders, and i was refused a refund even though I had to reorder the missing items after, multiple times. They requested a picture of missing items. Make that make sense. In addition, on another incident, I was asked for a picture of what we received about 14 hours after I sent my complaint. Unfortunately I will not use this app again until that policy or procedure has changed.

If you want something done right, do it yourself. This and DoorDash suck. Fast food is already bad enough as if it with how they mess up your orders, and now you have 2-3 middlemen to mess that up even more. I hate ordering and only getting refunded for my "missing" items. What about all the other fees you also wanted to charge me for? I'm paying for the delivery that you guys can't even get right.

NEW: Can't use filters — screen dims then brightens w/o showing filter options. Support contact in Play Store autoresponds it's unmonitored; app has no help except for orders. OLD: Technicly still let's me sort by delivery time, but now I have to do a search first…when I really just want to see what the fastest places are. Sorting by price seems to have no basis in reality. Would like to set a price limit. Wish I could tell it to never show certain restaurants unless I search for them by name.

I was given a promo coupon and made sure the store I ordered from was eligible. I made sure i met the minimum. At checkout, everything applied until the last minute, where I got an error message that the promo couldn't be applied and took me back to checkout. Why give codes and list eligible stores in the promo screen if they're not going to work 😑
