Good app when it works. The problem is it stops working after Android updates which are somewhat frequent. Never gets fixed, impossible to contact Customer Service, no feedback on what if anything they're doing to resolve the problem. It's been weeks and possibly months now (I've lost track) that I've been unable to log into the app this time around. Kills productivity since this is an app I use regularly.

This app was great when it first came out, but now after recent updates it does nothing but waste a lot of valuable time. It takes too long to search for a property, when you finally find the property it provides no information about it, it freezes once you pull up your property, the updated email address isn't recognized when down loading app to new phone so I can't login. I reported it to support a week ago and still no fix ugh! Very frustrating!

update, still does not render correctly for mobile. My MLS switched to this product last year at it's still does not work for mobile at all. As an agent I should at least be able to do a price adjustment or update the status of a listing on the fly. This product is incredibly user UNfriendly and I really really hate having to use it due to its slow clunkiness and inability to work on mobile. Unable to see any documents or any transactions. The app is basically useless.

This app is terrible. Constantly crashes when saving a search. The draw option will eliminate all homes eventhough it shows hundreds in the area. And when you go to list to actually get details on the homes it also removes all homes and says nothing is available but shows 350+ homes available. Needs a lot of work

Worthless worthless worthless app. Monopoly just trying to get the most money possible from agents. Type in an address and it automatically loads a ton of other addresses, cities, schools etc and have to scroll to the address section to find the house I ALREADY TYPED IN. Maps with layers don't load, cannot actually find a legitimate AVM. Just a phishing expedition app/site. So sad my MLS is tied to this money grabber. Did I mention WORTHLESS!!!!!!!! Infuriating we are tied to using this.

Constantly polling my location in the background even when I have permission set for "only while using the app." I realized it also has access to my "activity information." Why would it need that at all? When I deactivated that permission I got a warning, "This app was designed for an older version of Android. Denying this permission could cause it to work improperly."

Terrible app. Provides no information at all on every property I try to pull up. Forget about doing searches by property type. It's totally useless and embarrasses me in front of my clients who can pull up info on a property quicker on Google than this database for real estate professionals!
