It's ok. I use it mostly for keeping track of what's planted and as a reminder for food and cleaning. Sometimes the feeding says "no need to feed" but then I get a notification it's time to feed. The smart care feature isn't accurate enough to use. Once I got an ec/ph reader I could see how messed up all my readings really were. The app also thinks plants grow in 3 weeks and are ready to harvest while it's closer to 45-50 days. The other features this app has are pretty good though.

The only thing I use this for is tracking maintenance. Could you please include an option to fast forward and reset the weekly nutrient and water reminder so we do not have to click through multiple screens just to say maintenance is complete? I understand the instructions have to be there for new users but after you've used this for a while you don't need the instructions.

I was thinking of buying a system and so I checked out the app... Seems user friendly and easy to use. There is a huge draw back however.Though they offer seedless pods to plant in. They're custumize options on the app. Well...Stink. they have you start with one of the different kinds (small amount) of plants they offer and just name it something else... I don't know about anyone else but I would like to be able to place all the info (pic included) for any plant I wish and have it calculate it

Gardening with Rise has been a pleasure! While there is definitely room for improvement. There seems to be constant updates and even an AMA that happens from time to time where team receives direct feedback on the apps features. I find using the app and garden enjoyable. The one thing I hope they implement is explaining how I can grow better with the plants I do have.

No complaints about the garden itself. I also was more pleased with earlier revisions of the app, but the newest app revision is terrible. It forces me to log in every time I open the app from my phone. Once logged in, it pushes the same tutorial I have already seen and forgets that I have the pH and EC sensors instead of using the smart care. Not staying logged in also disables the care and water level notifications. The current app is no better than logging into a webpage from my phone.

I am really enjoying the new version of the app. Things are much easier to find! I also enjoy that there is a tutorial once the app is opened, which is extremely helpful for those who are not experts in tech, like myself. The great thing is that you can always go back to it in case you forgot something. Everything is a lot more organized and has a nice look to it. Really happy with it!

Glitch app that refuses to connect. Stuck in a loop to connect my garden so I can alter the lights. Remembering why I unplugged this thing 2 years ago
