app is simple to use but the overall program itself makes it difficult. puts all new orders to the bottom sp you have to keep scrolling to look st new orders. And if you accidentally look at an order while scrolling to the bottom and go back, you have to start all over again. not very user friendly.

If I didn't have to deadhead 70, mi to find out information they should have already provided through the app would help for starts. They do not compensate you for that. They basically use you as a point of contact to figure out information that they forgot to ask. I've lost thousands between cars to pick and fuel because the information isn't accurate. The only people praising this app have a uhaul car dolly.

Absolutely garbage 🗑️! I will never believe that positive reviews were left by the drivers! It's barely working. Always shows some "unexpected errors" first time used it and had to to ask customer to sign it 3 times! cus every time I wanna complete the delivery it shows " unexpected error occured" and had to start all over again. Developer please look into "super dispatch" or "ship.cars". Make this app work and simplify it!

After much pushback from me as a carrier, I finally gave in to the technology that was being introduced in our industry. By far Winton is one of the easiest and most functional apps to use!!! As with all technology there are glitches and problems, but that is where tech support and your team come in......Cassie, Brit and Millie are not tech support but I consider them MY team!!! They have been helpful, supportive and fun!! Go RunBuggy!! Go Winton!!

Horrible app. Use less. Won't load anything. Can't call loads in either.

Evertime I try to access the bill of lading the app closes! I called to update bank information for payment, was put on hold for more then an hour just to talk to a supervisor because apparently there is no other way to update my information. Not recommending this for anyone

I was told to register with all the information. I did entered Comoany info but next page asked me to Enter Owners SSN and DRIVER license. In 20 years of my carrier I never asked by any company to do so. They do not have a clue what are they asking. I refused besides TAX id was already provided. Uninstaling the app. It is too suspicious why they asking personal information when all the Company information is already provided.
