Non samsung phones are not able to pair their watches anymore. It started somewhere in the mid of January as can be seen from the app update history. I am a product manager for a much smaller company but I can tell you that Samsung does not seem to have a functioning customer experience team. I address these kind of issues head on after reading even a single 1 star review from the playstore. Acknowledge this issue, communicate your plan and stick to your deadline for a fix, as simple as that.

Just like everyone else have to keep resetting ( Samsung Galaxy ultra/ pixel 7) if not I get bombarded with notifications saying reset and reconnect. We can grow an ear on a mouse. Create self driving vehicles. But No one can figure out a Damn fix to this. Worked perfectly before this recent update. That's why Samsung isn't number one for phones or other tech. I'm sorry but this product is worthless until this update is fixed. FML....or just F this update..

If your Samsung app takes you to the setup screen when clicking on the blue connect button, uninstall both the wearable app and the watch7 plugin, reinstall the wearable app, set your watch as a new one, reinstall the plugin only when it asks you to and once it's set up DON'T use the blue connect button in the app - instead use your main control centre. This helped fix my issue

As all the others, completely frustrated by the many issues which mean I have to reset my watch and reinstall everything every time, including having to call the bank to authorise the NFC payment on my watch every time. Samsung need to get your act together. I'm getting rid of this watch and buying a different brand.

watch won't stay connected all wants to reset never stays connected to Bluetooth. please update app this is getting old fast.

App did not work with Google pixel 8. Multiple occasions. Asking me to login with Google and when I do and verify asks me again and won't allow me to continue

Just like everyone else, absolutely useless app that is riddled with bugs and connection problems. I no longer have faith in Samsung after it continually ignores user feedback and insists on putting out broken apps like this. Moving to Pixel or Huawei.

The weather app on this manager doesn't speak to the weather complication on my watch. With my 5-Pro I got weather updates hourly and could leave my phone at home and the weather would update to every location I traveled to via LTE. This is a known issue for months with no progress given. I'm off my soap box thank you.
