How can an update be released that renders the application useless. The last update lets me scroll the features and that's it. No access to any information and I'm now relegated to having to log on using a browser.

Will not let me log in and reads in offline mode bit will not allow me to turn it off and also reads data center is still not available. Needs to be fixed j use it on a daily basis.

It used to work and then I took the update. Can't log in now. Needs to be fixed. I live in the north midwest and temps below zero day and night. Lower in Propane than I want to be. NEED TO KNOW HOW MUCH IS LEFT!!
