After five years of dealing with them, I must express my disappointment. They sent me a message asking me to choose between picking up the package or having it delivered to my home. Given my health condition, I opted for home delivery, which they had previously provided. However, they suddenly decided to exclude my district from their service without any notification or system update to inform customers. Instead of taking responsibility, they shifted the blame onto me..

The app is good. But just dealing with the customer service is hard. I contacted since the beginning of the month and it's still the same. I did not receive my package since last month. I have contacted through calls, facebook, website, emails and it's all the same. I have stated the problem and still it's on going with the same problem. It would be better that there should be a way to contact the courier. Especially that I needed the package urgently.

The worst experience I ever had...sent my paper waiting it too long time and tracking every day I surprised on tracking delivery failure my phone in my hand all the day stay at home waing the ship and then they said delivery failure..how it come...when call customer care no response....

Poor service. App working fine, but the delivery never on time and still I have pending delivery and saying unable to contact me. I was surprised that the tracking was not showing out of delivery and not even sent me the OTP before trying to contact me. All are false information they are updating. This is the second time happening like this, and the first time I called 3 times to customer service to get my package. Very, very poor service . Shame.

recipient address don't appear completely as it was written especially if you put international address. and also please put something that we will be able to edit/delete the saved recipient addresses as a result of multiple entries due to address do not appear completely upon proceeding. it is messed up on that part. and the posting of airway bill do not update immediately in real time. i've waited for 8 hours before the airway bill was sent to me through email.

Lots of issues in the application especially in Address update. I add one address and the display is not same in print out as the adress. It choose only limited entries. Also i add new address but not updating and showing the same old address. Can't do any more shipments through application. Pls fix these bugs

The app is helpful but can be improved. It shows shipments that don't belong to me but there is no way to remove such wrong entries. It also doesn't allow me to add some missing shipments! These two improvements are crucial. From time to time, it's not able to publish my shipments at all too.

worst service ever! i am waiting for my delivery for last 6 working days. it is in the hub in my city already. every day i see that it is out for delivery and every evening it is back to hub. customer service can not answer why it is so. they keep promissing "tomorrow". unprofessional company. my second and last time using ur service. p.s. the first time i had troubles as well.
