This is hands down the absolute least reliable app I have on any of my devices. You think sales rabit is rough? This thing takes the cake. There is consistent confusion with our home office. You can be at home on high-speed internet and spotio will lose connection. There is an update every 2 days that won't auto update. So you have to keep an eye on it.

The Android version of this app definitely needs work. And I have talked to customer support about some of the issues months ago. And they have done nothing. The app only works in vertical mode and does not rotate to horizontal. Works fine on my Samsung Galaxy tablet but on my note 10 plus today it doesnteven work. Not sure why. I updated I installed and reinstalled and still nothing happens. Plus the blue dot for the tracking is laggy compared to the iPhone. An issue that needs to be addressed

The app is great in terms of features an organization. But this app is made for people working in the field. So the fact that it freezes on every other button I tap and every page I bring up, negates so much of the usefulness of the app. Crashes and freezes way too often to be efficient.

Slowest app i have ever used. It takes about 10 seconds for any input i make to go through. I lose at least an hour a day trying to wrangle this damn thing

Its like the developers didnt even test their app before releasing it and never touching it again.

Was working fine. But some leads get stone-walled (you can't add visits, change status or anything). And today my app is crashing within 15 seconds every time. I tried everything! Restarting phone, changing data access, clearing cache..... spotio has some weird issues :( better than nothing, but damn it's frustrating!!!

I have to use it in the field every single day. what would really improve the app is getting an offline version that could be downloaded for areas with bad connection to cell towers. I know the app is a work in progress and I look forward to some of the planned future updates!

help!! I've been using this app for about a week with my company, and have been running into crashes about every other day that end up needing a reinstall to recover from. on an android.
