The all was required to collect stamps for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour event in Vancouver I can't get the app to launch for the life of me. It was working fine for the first few times then became completely unavailable. A lot of people who were on the hunt had the same problem.

Terrible app.. sick of it crashing everytime I open it. Use it at a coffee shop.. meanwhile, I'm holding everyone else up waiting for the app to work Sick of uninstall, reinstall too. No idea how this is rated so well

It only works 40% of the times. Useless. Either just keep loading or will have a massive seizure or when scanning, it will show a server error

This app is pretty easy to use. sometimes hard to scan but I'm sure that's just my phone quality. either way, the bar tenders I see are always patient enough to make sure it works. you can add up enough in a short enough amount of time to make it worth it. it's not ages you have to wait (if you drink enough). mainly though, if you drink and spend your money in some of these good quality pubs, here are some stamps to get your way towards some money off a pint or two. Wish there more pubs for it.

I have cashed in quite a few rewards with this app at the Salvation Army. I will say it's real flaky sometimes. I don't know how many times I've been in line in a panic, because the app won't load/connect. As of yesterday, this app has completely ceased to function. I just get the red screen, and it refuses to load (including on my home wifi network). So I lost stamps on $43 in purchases, plus the 8 stamps I already had (in money terms, a $10 credit).Is the Galaxy S8 too antiquated for this now?

For some reason this app takes literally 30 seconds at the loading screen and a further 10-15 seconds to actually validate an NFC stamp. This is despite having a solid 4G connection, I'm actually watching a YouTube vid and writing this review in the same location. The app is horrendously slow and hangy on load to the point I don't even want to bother stamping and could've fumbled around for a physical loyalty card five times over.

Very compact & easy to use app - saves having to use a different app for each hospitality venue - or collect a separate cardboard loyalty card for each venue. Ideal for smaller venues in particular I would think - which may not have the capacity to create & maintain their own loyalty apps. Very convenient for customers.
