I have had good success with reporting my repair needs through this app. The response has been timely and accurately reported. I also like the convenience and the yruble shooting questions at times seem a bit much but, I was able to discover a problem and correct it without a repair visit. Also I feel confident the problem is not a simple problem I could fix or an overlooked detail I missed and could have corrected. So no complaints about the app.

I can't sign in because clicking the "username" or "password" fields won't trigger the keyboard to pop up. So it's impossible to type anything. I even tried the "forgot password" function, but it has the same issue. As you can see from this review, my phone keyboard function is working fine on all other apps and pages. I hope it gets fixed soon, because it would be very helpful. Winter storms lead to us having several maintenance work orders to keep track of. Google Pixel 5 Android 12 Snow Cone

The app will not accept my password and gives me the option to reset it. However, it will not allow me to finish changing the password before telling me that there is an invalid code. Therefore, I'm locked out of my account and have been for months. I have been forced to use the phone line to get our maintenance requests reported since the app does not work.

I honestly don't see why this can't just be a website, there is no functionality that is special to an app. I have given the app permission to access my camera, storage, and microphone, and yet it will not access my photo gallery. My repair requests won't be scheduled until I add a photo (which I'm not sure how I'm supposed to capture an AC unit not cooling, but that's not the app's fault). Half the time I try to log in it doesn't recognize me. Seriously, this app should just be a website.

The app makes me reset my password every time I need to make a maintenance request. Currently, won't reset. I request a link, use the link, enter new pswrd, hit submit & then nothing. Both the new pswrd I tried to set & old pswrd don't work. Just a continuous cycle of trying to reset. Beyond the functionality of the app, updates on requests are few d far between. Every request I have submitted in the last year, has taken 1-4 weeks to resolve & often required getting my Prop Management involved.

Won't let you sign in. Tells you it recognizes the email but the password is wrong. Password is definitely not wrong. Reset the password and it takes you to a page and you reset it. It acts like it does but doesn't. Can never log in to view any work orders or request maintenance.

Was able to sign in to the app once to report my maintenance issue. Now it won't let me back in. Keep getting a timed out message. Attempted to changed password and again same timed out message. Something that is suppose to make life easier certainly isn't.

I was trying to do a service request for the ac not cooling... but could not get past one of the screen questions... it was a statement with no way to answer or move to next screen. uggh. it was about half way thru, just past the "is it frozen" question..
