best gate system ever. trust me I've seen alot and this is by far the easiest to use and set up ways to let others in. it even takes a picture of people that use your code and let's you adjust on the go. "perfect" where has this been all my life.

Very poor tech. If you don't have $1,000 phone they cannot help you. I can't even get Amazon deliveries anymore. I can't even get into my own building. Total 👎🏻👎🏻

The app works well for me to open a door, but enrollment is not clear what is happening. I find there is too much going on and I really wish the interface was simplified. The menu navigation is awful. Why do a click on the right hand side to hide a menu on the left? I continually exit the app when I try to close the menu.

I'm standing outside in the cold and I have to pee and I can't get in the front door because there's no internet access to the stupid box so none of the options to open the door will work

I'm amazed at the biometrics on this system. Plus the personal code lets me in the other doors when I don't feel like pulling out my phone to open the app and just push a button to unlock specific doors... options! There's always a way to get in... and keeps the idiots out!

The app/callbox system has many bugs, and the entire system goes down several times a month, locking us out of our apartment. There is no way to open the door and we simply cannot get into our apartment without having someone from the apartment open the door for us.
