Same problem as others. Can't log into app anymore. It just freezes. I have accounts that require appointments are set up for visits, and not being able to use app is a HUGE inconvenience. Glad I keep paying my dues to this company.

Says its installed on my phone but it's nowhere to be found. Google searched it and it brings me here. Tried to uninstall and reinstall. Still can't be found after that. Are you going to fix this issue anytime soon or...?

After they did the update in July it won't let me log on. Keeps hanging up. I have called and emailed but they saying no issues. I see others are now having problems

This says it's been installed on my phone but it doesn't give me an open option, very frustrated. Did a search on my phone for it and still no luck.

This company is so invasive of your privacy. There are no exceptions to anything. Even if medically necessary. They are just here to steal your money and provide nothing in return. Definitely not small business friendly. Total scam.

This app is worse than useless. My biometric scan is accepted and then endless loading. I have been denied access to my accounts because the app rarely loads in.

This is literally the worst app I have ever used. Every single function causes this app to crash on my Samsung S9 Note.

For some reason It doesn't show my text entries when typing user name and PW. It's like a white out. Please fix this.
