I am fairly new to TeamReach and using it for several bike and pickleball clubs. I've noticed that when I tap one notification it clears all of them. Additionally, tapping an event notification does not take me to that event. I must look through the entire calendar to find it. I've reached out to TeamReach and it seems this issue is specific to Android phones. Once they fix this I'm sure my rating will go to 4, if not 5, stars.

I'm a refugee from TeamSnap and so far much happier with TeamReach. TR has all the same functionality as TS, but it doesn't have the same stupid subscription tiers, instead individual users can pay to go ad free. It's also a MUCH smaller memory footprint and so far not buggy like TS. to address: UI polishing, add a setting to let admins view members email and phone, sometimes you need a way to contact outside the app. also when I go to the home screen I keep getting the Google PW manager pop-up.

A friend recommended TeamReach, and it's been AWESOME! Most of my team uses a smartphone, so I can't speak for email notifications, but the instant sharing for a last-minute schedule change worked perfectly. I had some issues with my phone and had to reinstall the app. Made a big error trying to log back in. Billy at TeamReach to my rescue! Fast customer support and errors fixed. He didn't even laugh when pointing out what I did wrong 😁 Great app!!

This app is great for communicating play times and signing up. I was a little confused as to why some dms were disappearing. Seems that whoever starts a dm can delete the entire convo and not just what they wrote. Also, the profile pics aren't stored in high enough resolution. Looks fine when tiny, but when you tap a pic to make it full screen it's blurry. :-(

Have used for several years now. This app has not been improved and is now a pretty poor implementation for the purpose of managing teams. Bugs I have seen are (on new flagship Android): Slow performance, slow to change teams and change views, slow refresh of photos, poor and limited ability to zoom photos, notifications not appearing, photos are mostly grey - corrupted, takes a long time to see a post when you do get a notification. Recommend people pick another option and don't use this app.

So frustrating to use. Get notifications, but when clicking on notification it doesnt take you to the referenced post. Moving between menu options takes a long time to load. Takes multiple refreshes to load new content (if it loads at all). My husband, daughter, and I all run this app on our phones and the same issues exist across all three.

like app but it needs a web browser version. Messages should be kept separate from post area as they get lost. Pictures overwhelm post area, would be nice to upload them to the photo tab only. Also would be nice to have a search icon to search post area as messages get lost with all the scrolling need. really like team reach but i have found myself looking for other apps due to things mentioned above. We've been using this app for about 2 yrs but haven't seen updates for more convenience.

Teamreach is a great app with players and coaches being able to communicate thr most important. The main problem(s) with app is that it takes so long just to load messages/updates on the feed, and getting notifications is extremly slow. But, maybe it's my phone. Not sure, but overall the app is great. Just only wished there wasn't lag or long loading times.
