Such a awful app to use. Am in the park, looking for ride times and all I get is "click here to see when we are open- you'll be able to see the queue times when you are in the park!" I AM HERE, WITH ALL PERMISSIONS GRANTED & STILL NOTHING! Why else would anyone want to download the app? Certainly not for all the rerouting to their website to sell stuff, when I've already got my tickets inc gold fast passes, which incidentally don't give you access to Hex despite saying you do. Very disappointed.

I can't fault this place! ....been coming here for years, and this is the first time I've stayed in the hotel . A quick and easy check-in, and the room was clean and very spacious. The bed was so comfy, which is what you need after a full day of walking in the park. The part I found the best was that you could come and go from the park to the hotel as long as you got a stamp at the front gate, which i found very handy. Will definitely be booking up again for next year.

the day as a whole was fun and we all enjoyed it. Was a shame we couldn't get half of our pictures because some of the rides cameras were down. Photo pass was a bit of a waste of money. Also a few rides were closed.

Changed the terms and conditions of the paid photos on the app in the park and deleted all my pictures I paid for without warning 😡😡😡 Now when you pay for photos you don't keep them 'forever' as advertised or even a year like before. You now only get access to content you paid for 40 days before they're deleted. Awful company.

It's useful but it drains your battery. Had quite a few technical issues when downloading tickets, fast tracks & pictures. (Got there in the end). The GPS on the map isn't always clear. You think you're going in the right directon then tells you you're not. Knowing the que times for the rides are always helpful.

really useful app to check queue times and plan your day as well as finding your way around.

This app is very useful to have when going around the park, especially if one is not that familiar with the ride layouts. Having waiting times is also key to managing the day efficiently. Feature request: I'd like to be able to get back to the ride info from the ticked off items on the planner, plus add an extra day without throwing away all my previous stuff. One big downside is that the app is a major battery hog when you're on site & even more so if you're using their Sky WiFi service.

I love that you can preselect specific attractions for your daily itinerary and can then filter your map based upon it. This meant we were only viewing the parts of the park relevant to us - very handy! The live updates on ride status and queue length was also great, as was the ability for the itinerary to be prioritised based on distance, so we were able to take the most optimal route, based upon distance between attractions. Great app!
