This platform is a joke. Please don't waste your time trying. Took me over 1 year to get a booking on here. The first booking, I had to pay out of pocket to wash the linen. I was told I would be reimbursed for the $15 I spent but only got $10. Was also told that they would extend the time which is supposed to be more pay but didn't get that either. I thought maybe that was just a weird experience, I decided to give them another try. I had my 2nd booking on January 13 and still haven't been paid

had this app for 6 months paid for my background check and have yet only seen one job that was sent to me in a text. 1 job out of 6 months is pretty crazy for a 25 dollar background check you have to pay for plus your own gas and cleaning supplies seems pretty scammy if u ask me!

This app is either a scam or just ineffective. No job offers ever come though and the customer support agents always respond with the exact same response to the inquiries. They do respond quickly but never with anything helpful and always say the exact same thing they never read what you say when you inquire for help. It's been over 2 month and literally nothing comes from the app but I will get emails from cleanster saying there are active job offers in my area. Don't recommend the app.

Horrible, worked a job on November 4th, and still haven't seen any money and the app has said in transit due November 5th. The only response I get from the help option in the app is some auto generated email with an answer that isn't even related to my question or my missing payment. If you like working for free, then this is the app for you..

Upon starting, after I've completed the checklist of, adding a bank,n verifying email. It won't allow me to do the last task adding a profile pic. it stays on the loading page until I shut down the app. Un download it Re-download it. Check for any updates. But when I attempt to add a photo again it told me that I need to fix my permissions. But all the permissions were allowed. Everything was toggled to have permission for everything needed. But it still won't let me add a picture. Ugh pls hlp

Awful. At first I would get a notification and click it within minutes only to be notified someone else took the job. I was finally able to get two local gigs and got paid quickly. I thought I'd judged too quickly. Then I received a text asking me if I could make it to a job that day. It was an 8 hour job. It was a 45 minute drive. The pay was NOT worth the travel. Oh, and it was supposed to start 2 hours ago. After that my pay for 3rd gig just wasn't coming. Like... I was punished. Quit!

First it had me contact support to activate my account. Once my account was activated It says that the app isn't available in my area. So, I went through the whole background check & registration process and even had to contact support for activation just for it not to be available. Like that would've been nice to know beforehand. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because support responded quickly. I downloaded this app to make money because I'm between jobs; definitely a disappointment!

I have booked several jobs on the app only to find out the day of that I'm no longer booked for the job. why? I have no clue. I literally went out, spent $70 on supplies only to be cancelled with no notice or even a discussion. When I first got the app, I booked my 1st job, and had good communication with the coordinator. job was done and everything was smooth. I wish I knew what happened. I have a job booked for April. Hopefully, it won't cancel me like it has the entire month of March.
