This is the best phone with best networking since it can download any app of your choice,go in carlcare shop and buy yours hence retiring from shop. This phone have one of best cameras.storage is of high quality which you can store your documents. I bought a Techno phone for a friend who lives in a different country. It turns out to be locked, possibly to the country of purchase and upon first initialization it directs to this app to unlock it. The app is completely useless. There was no indication that it is locked to any particular country when I bought it. I'm only going back to the country of purchase next year. I don't suggest that anyone buys a Tecno phone.

Very useless app, I even wonder why you have this app in the system. This carlcare guys in Meru ended up ruining my phone instead of repairing it's broken screen. The charged excess money, waisted my time and ended up ruining my phone. At this point I reconsider switching to phone models that aren't linked to carlcare.

Wosrt service, my infinix mobile speaker damaged. I visited nearby service in hyderabad 1 week back, still a I am not getting spare part. This is the worst service from team carlcare. This is reason don't buy these mobiles.

This App is cool but I still wonder why there is no option to blacklist a lost or stolen phone with the imei as long as you can prove ownership, this is so frustrating I keep loosing phones

I'm not even yet tried go directly to service center but on apps they giving you a brief idea how to fix minor issue of my itel device. Next week I will go directly on service center for free service warranty cover.

Useless application like their service centres. Very slow service, not a single person can give you proper response. Toll free number is also waste like dustbin. Do not buy those products which services done by carlcare. They are showing or select only 4* & 5* reviews for PPL on their application. So don't give chance to fool your self.
