this is the worse warranty service. I paid 500 warranty for you guys to send me an email saying it's not covered. the reason for me getting the coverage was because of the mechanic recliner but you told me the coverage but now it's not covered. I meed a phone fall and my recliner fixed ill be sure to leave reviews everywhere on value city furniture and their so call protection plan. this is not over not even close. I spent 4000 on my sofas not even a year old and my single recliner won't close

This company is a dishonest scam, don't buy a warranty from them. The backboard of my couch broke, which is a covered one time event. The inspector they sent out told me to include some normal wear and tear because "That way you might get a whole new couch instead of fixing the backboard" So I followed his advice. Warranty Service then denied my entire claim on a technicality, because normal wear and tear isn't covered. They won't even fix the backboard now. Unbelievably dishonest.

The app is just to stall you. It does not work. I entered photos details and had to work with the original store to even get the plan I purchased in their system. Luckily I had almost of my original paperwork. The app does not give you anywhere to submit the claim or anywhere for updates. It just sticks you on the terms and conditions with no way to accept. This is all just a scam.

App was comprehensive however there should be a "more info" icon next to the more technical words. When making a selection for "affect area" there were several works like back casing, back casing all, back casing arm portion etc. what on earth does that mean? Clarification would be beneficial for the consumer and allow for more accurate/efficient claims processing and submission.

I was putting this off for awhile and worried that I'd have to call customer service and sit on the phone for a long time. I wish this app was called UNITERS APP like the terms and conditions called it but maybe it's just a platform that processes all kinda of warranties. Either way, it was easy to use. I might update review after the process is done.

The app was easy to use... I took the pictures and submitted. The only thing was after the submission it kept giving me an error as if the submission didn't work, but I see all three claims listed on the app so it did work successfully, it just continually gave me an error unnecessarily. Hence why I gave it 3 stars.

Submitting the claim was easy. Getting them to respond to the claim, not so easy. I have submitted 4 different claims and have had NO ONE contact to fix anything. It is very frustrating as I spent a good amount of money to get the insurance on the couch. Something broke after only having it a few weeks, and over a year later, it still is not handled.

Horrible, it takes 3 or 4 times of re entering the same information and the same pictures before the apps accepts my information, then customers service denies the claim because of something you put wrong when you filed the claim after spending hours just trying to enter the same information over and over. They need to get better on this.
