What a crapshow of an app. We called support many (10+) times but they fail to activate my account with either my German number or Swiss number. They also tried to delete the account and we restart fresh, no resolution there. The support seems to be really incapable as they had all required information for a long long time (Passboard, driver's license, id). All in all, their motivation to resolve the issue leaves me speechless 😶

QR code on the beginning of the rental is not working and the cars face sometimes connectivity problems, the last time the car alarm suddenly was fired up as I started the rental, the experience was extremely terrible, and I lost almost 45 TL and didn't have my money back😡customer service is the worst, they never answer the phone even in emergency situations.

Application works incorrectly with Xiomi 9s camera. It can not use flashlight correctly (desynchronized), so you can not take photos in the dark. But you still need to finish your rent. So you take photos as you can and then Moove will take a fee for bad photos. I tried to write to support but they dont care.

The application completely crashed and locked me out just before I attempted to unlock the car that I paid for resulting to nearly miss my flight. Later that day a found out they charged me additionally 200€ for the car that I never unlocked and forced me to block my credit card. After multiple email they still didn't provide any information. The concept looks good but I highly recommend you avoid using this app so you don't get scammed like me!

Best ever Rent A Car application in Türkiye, this application was more user friendly, more better support center and more better offers than other similar applications. This was my all experiences with app in Türkiye and it is foreigners friendly app too! Better than European apps too. The application going better everyday, love new update, it's automatically refresh the available cars. I can't imagine a day without this app in İzmir and İstanbul anymore!

After recording the requested video the app crashes. Tried 3 times but no luck. Also I was unable to change the language of the app from English to Turkish, everytime I tried, the app restarts in English.

They are changing their service area everyday, I am attempting to get a service from that company but in the end I am finding myself to the way of getng inside of the service area. You do not care about your clients. Just for the new clients, the company is getting satisfying like taxi drivers, if there is any way to get 5 TL more, they'll do it. You're like ever others.
