Not great. Outdated, clunky interface. Here and on a PC. Lacking basic functionality: something as simple as attaching a pic or file to an email. DOESN'T EXIST. While doing that on a PC is no treat, it is impossible in the phone app. But don't worry, instead of fixing the problem you can PAY for a THIRD PARTY app to be able to send an email to a client from your phone. If dealers weren't so tied to to an investment in Cox...

Vin Solutions has been improving the mobile app. There are some very critical shortfalls crippling regular use though. First is the obnoxious "network error, no vehicle found" message that pops anytime you open a customer profile that has no vehicle information or had a previous lead and the vehicle is no longer available in your VIN inventory. This message cannot be dismissed for at least 3 seconds and you have to press the dismiss button an average of 5 times before being able to do anything.

I am unable to send trade vehicles to managers in the app. I used to when first downloaded. This is a serious issue. Is android no longer supported by this app? When I attempt to go to the customer's profile, it comes up with an error message. I've tried everything. I suggest a fixing of the bugs with your next update, which I hope is today or tomorrow! I don't expect a reply cause I see you don't reply to too many of the negative reviews. JUST FIX THE PROBLEM!

A few nice additions from previous version, but also missing a lot. Cannot see vehicle cost in this version. Cannot add photos within the app. Cannot add vehicle color to trade-in. Cannot scan insurance card. Clunky to use. App will not close by hitting the Back button. Appears to be written by contracted interns, not on-staff professional programmers. Your clients deserve better.

can't put notes in from app. SUPER limited. have to use your old app and new app combined. really slows me down. I have to use your actual program in my mobile browser to take a short credit app or any real info from customer. It could be so much better. I was super excited thinking it would me a major time savor to someone who sells as many cars as I do. PLEASE please work out the kinks. is the iPhone version any better?

There are lots of errors lately. Unable to push trades to Vauto. Many vehicle error messages pop up on customer's profiles that are difficult to clear. There is no way to switch leads between sales associates on the app (manager settings?). Can't combine customer files without losing data, such as driver's license pictures.

Empty promises for fixes and new features. No ability to send photos, zooming on email cuts off the top few lines, inability to reply all, no access to sent attachments. Can't even send attachments from my phone. The app is 95% useless and the web page on a PC is outdated. The funny thing is that this is a "brand new" version of the old useless app. This one is just as bad. If you are a dealer look elsewhere for a CRM.

Problematic needs addressed NOW! It saved another customers driver's license scanned 1.5 earlier to a new lead. Unacceptable! I am happy to see they found that issue and resolved it. A few more bugs and we will be golden. Right now I am having an issue with having to re sign in all the time I want to use the app.
