Had issues with the biometric login not working when I first enabled it. However, disabling and re-enabling it seemed to do the trick. Beyond that, the app is well-organized and intuitive to use, with lots of little features to explore. Most of the content is very surface-level info, like you'd get from a health mag at the grocery store checkout. That said, it's convenient and worth using, especially if your employer is rewarding you through one of the benefits programs.

Disengaging. Unmotivational. Tedious. Sync Broken. Navigation Nightmare. Purpose? How bad could it be? Can't see accumulating points until all of the goals for the year are met. Expect "Back" gesture to go back one panel, not Home! E-v-e-r-y T-i-m-e. Forced to move to this app from Limeade, which I thought was lacking ... yet, it was a dream compared to this garbage. No support: Website Contact form says, "Oops!" and goes nowhere. App Support email is not valid!

Doesn't have samsung health as a tracking option, and health connect does not work. Daily sync notifications send me one notification EVERY 30 MINUTES. HOW??? That's not even an option and it's annoying because it doesn't even work. It's hilarious seeing the top reviews on the app page, but opening all reviews shows consistent, recent, 1-star reviews.

The sync from google fit is not consistent, even when manual syncing. I've disconnected, reconnected, uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, ect. I've tried health connect and it operates the same. The app continues to not refresh metrics from fit under health tracker. It's frustrating to manually input data so I can get the company rewards.

it be nice if the app would remember your log in instead of having to enter it everytime. it's annoying! update: went from 3 star to 1. App wont synce to fitbit or AmazFit. only good thing that came from this app is my free fitbit. ridiculous

this app is really bad on Android, it doesn't sync all my data from Google fit and when it does it sync once and doesn't add anymore steps of my day. And yes I'm opening the app every day.

won't sync with health connect on a Galaxy device only syncs with Google fit but that doesn't give an accurate representation of my steps like Samsung health does because I have multiple accessories working together to make sure my step count is accurate through Samsung

Sync to your fitness tracker fails constantly, and you end up having to constantly enable and disable the sync, with the occasional app re-install to get it to work. This is painful enough, but as there can be rewards based on step count over a month it is infuriating to find you've missed out yet again because of software failure. You can get it to remind you to check sync when you configure it, but when you have to do it again it will stack the reminders so you get them all day.
