Works decently most of the time but when it decides to not play, it refuses. Almost every time on start up it's a continuous loading screen until I choose something from the menu then we'll get some action, but lately you can't escape the loading screen. I'm getting notifications that I have new items from my doctors, but I can see anything because it's kind of a dead app right now...

Easy access for requesting appointments, getting test results, and sending communication to and from my medical professionals without an appointment. I've been able to ask for refills without coming in, get access to my vitals and personal medical records, confirm a history and ongoing list of medications, and largely be in the know about my own medical care. Easily the best way to keep up on my care. The longer I use it, the more history the app provides, and the clearer picture I get.

Since the update, the app no longer works. I can get into it, but then nothing happens. I tried restarting my phone. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall. Once I did that, I can't even log in. It won't let me log in through the website, because it detects that I'm on a phone.

I am somewhat disappointed in 2 areas. First, I recieved test results but the report was broken up into many subreports in which I had to export each and every report, about 2 doz. I would have preferred downloading one .PDF which I could review. Also, I get emails saying there is à message for me in the Northwell portal ànd I login and can not find the message or new thing in my portal or message box. It's kind of annoying.

The absolute worst app to navigate. I was trying to get an MRI report from 2 years ago, whenever I would start scrolling to the date. The screen would come right back to the current date. You would think there would be a way to go to a specific date. My chart is so much better.

Definitely convenient ! This system is so easy to use and you avoid the outdated way of leaving a phone message that seems to take days to be returned. The doctors are so busy and it's very quick to get an answer from them or their staff with instructions for what you should do , or a speedy answer to your question. If you haven't tried this app please give it a try. You will keep using !

Today is 11/24. I had an mri Friday 11/21. Caitlin got back to me with info. She suggested getting it looked at. I got back to her in 4/5 hrs. I kept checking the portal to see what was next. Nothing new, so I decided to check Monday. I called right at 8 and only waited 4/ 5 mins. I think the name was James, who answered. Nice, nice job. Very smooth. Listened, got what he needed. Very easy and efficient. Made it so much easier than what I had expected. Very pleasant. Nice. Mike Brophy.

I love the technology that MAHEC utilizes! Once the app is set up you have access to message your providers. This is very cool , before I would call and ask a nurse to send them a message. Now I can do it myself. Before even if I call MAHEC Psychiatry You're not able to get a hold of a nurse to send your provider a message. Now with this app I have a line of communication with all my providers. I absolutely love it!
